At Maneyalley Yoga, we are committed to providing the highest quality yoga experience for our students. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our services and programs.
1. Class Packages and Memberships
Once a class package or membership is purchased, it is considered final and non-refundable. This includes single class purchases, multi-class packages, and membership subscriptions. However, if you have extenuating circumstances or believe there are special circumstances that warrant a refund, please contact us, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
2. Workshops and Special Events
Our workshops and special events are designed to provide unique experiences for our students. Due to the limited space and the effort required in planning and organizing these events, all payments for workshops, events, and retreats are non-refundable once payment has been made.
If you are unable to attend a workshop or event, we may offer a credit for future use or allow you to transfer your booking to another participant, but this is subject to availability and approval. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event if you need to make any changes, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
3. Private Sessions
Private sessions are also non-refundable once booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. If you reschedule with adequate notice, we will be happy to accommodate you without penalty.
4. Exemptions for Special Circumstances
We understand that life can sometimes present unexpected challenges. In the event of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us. While we are not required to issue a refund, we will always consider these situations and aim to find a solution that works for both parties. In some cases, we may offer a credit or transfer the package to another person or future dates.
5. No Show and Late Arrival Policy
Please be mindful that class spots are limited, and we strive to offer a consistent experience to all of our students. We have a strict “no show” policy. If you do not attend a class for which you are registered and do not notify us in advance, your session or class credit will be forfeited. Similarly, if you arrive late to a class, we may not be able to accommodate you, and your class credit will be used for the session.
6. Refund Process
